Fault & Exchange Policy
We always ensure the goods are in good condition prior to dispatch. Please check parcel before signing for it, do not receive if parcel’s packing is broken and quantity of ordered item is incorrect.
To ensure the safety of your goods, we strongly recommend that you open your shipment for inspection at time of delivery before signing for it. If you find the following during inspection
(a)Damage: You shall refuse to take delivery of the shipment and lodge a complaint with the courier service company (e.g. Poslaju) and Sweetor.com;
(b)Missing item or wrong items in shipment: when signing for delivery you may list the names, quantity and other information of missing items and lodge a complaint with the courier service company (e.g. Poslaju) and Sweetor.com immediately after signing for the shipment.
Gear Energy does not responsible for broken parcel’s packing and incorrect quantity of order item if you do not inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.
If you find out that the item delivered to you is broken, damaged, or defect, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any defects not reported within the 48 hours of receipt will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Policy
If the item you received has any damage or wrong delivery, you may return it for a replacement under the following conditions:
(a) Return requests should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours after your received the item.
(b) Items should be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
(c) When no damage issue is involved, the replacement shipping fees would be at the expense of the client. If the return is caused by a damage issue, we would replace the defect item at our cost and responsible for the replacement shipping fees, provided our return procedure has been followed.
The return expenses for example but not limited to custom clearance, shipping fees, etc shall be bear by the buyer, Sweetor.com will bear the shipping fee for the replacement goods.
Return or exchange products procedure
1. Email us at email@example.com within 48 hours once you received the items.
2. Please provide the following information on your email:
(a). Your full name and address.
(b). Order number and the date the items was received.
(c). The list of items to be exchanged (name and model number).
(d). The reason why you would like to return your items.
(e). Attached a few photo or video of the items, show us where is the problem.
Once our support team confirm the return, we will send you an address for you to return the items. You have to return the item within 7 days after the order was delivered to you. When we received the return items and validate it is defect, we will replace the item and ship to you. If the return item was out of stock, then you can exchange for other item with same value.
We practice "no cash refund" and “7 days return” policies. If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will not refund the money. However, we would gladly do a one time exchange for each order placement if the goods sent are defected or damaged.
